Sona D400 contains 10µg Vitamin D3 per tablet which is commonly known to help maintain healthy bones and teeth as well as help with muscle function and cell division.  It is also highly important for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.  It is the recommended daily amount needed for pregnancy.
